Appeals and Litigation

We litigate extensively in the courts of South Africa and our cases deal with changes in law and/or more commonly, challenging government’s failure to take decisions within reasonable timeframes and/or setting aside wrongful decisions. Despite our litigious matters, we maintain a relationship of respect and dignity with the relevant government authorities and its legal teams only pursuing litigation as a last resort and only if to the benefit or our clients.

We are able to provide litigation strategy and support and litigate on matters of/for administrate reviews, declaratory orders, interdictory relief, deportations, refusals of entry etc.

We very proudly have developed particular expertise in legally challenging adverse decisions taken against visa/permit/status applicants and have extensive experience in litigation in all courts of South Africa.
