We would like to highlight the recent updates in South Africa’s immigration policy under Minister Leon Schreiber. The new regulations and waiver letters include significant changes, such as the adjustments to the remote working visa and the introduction of a Points-Based System (PBS). However, there are concerns regarding the clarity of these regulations, especially as they relate to Zimbabwean Exemption Permit (ZEP) holders. We anticipate that the Minister will provide the necessary clarifications.
